I find it really hard to eat well when I am sick. Usually I just want to eat comfort food, which equals unhealthy food! Last month I was sick and surprised by how much I craved and enjoyed this shake:
½ cup crushed ice
½ cup milk
½ cup water
2 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate
2 scoops vanilla WellnessPro
I love it when I am not sick, as well. It tastes like an Orange Julius and is so delicious!
Thanks for posting the recipes - I think I'll head to the kitchen right now and whip one up instead of diving into a bag of chips!
